• doors open 15 minutes before each class 
• classes begin promptly on time
• doors may be locked shortly after classes have started
• pre-register to ensure we know you are coming 
• please remove your shoes in the designated area when you enter
• classes are practiced barefoot and in lightweight clothing
• be sure to advise your teacher before class if you are new, have an injury or medical condition they should be aware of, or if you are pregnant (most classes at South Studio are pre-natal friendly and all the teachers are pre-natal trained.)
• please keep your voices low as a class or massage may be in session
• ensure cell phones are turned off
• please avoid wearing perfume or scents
• leave all personal belongings at home or in the designated locked storage areas - locks are included

During your class:

• please refrain from talking in the yoga room
• feel free to grab props if needed. please pick up and neatly put away props after class
• go at your own pace, be gentle and respectful towards your body
• drink water during, before and after each class
• enjoy! 

• yoga classes can be cancelled within 2 hours of a class without a charge 
• we require minimum 48 hours notice to review and process membership cancellation requests 
• your cancellation is not complete until you have received email confirmation - cancellations cannot be backdated
• monthly Auto-Pay Members require 3 month minimum payment before cancellation is granted
• no refunds on intro pass, class pass, or memberships
