Our wide range of styles and levels allows you the space to discover what is best for you on any given day. When you find the right style and teacher, you'll be able to create a steady practice. Once you've established a routine, you'll be able to experience the many benefits of a regular yoga practice.
Vinyasa Yoga classes allow the student to coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Vinyasa is also the term used to describe a specific sequence of poses: Chaturanga to Upward-Facing Dog to Downward-Facing Dog, which is commonly used throughout a vinyasa class. Students can expect to be challenged in this class, but also offered choices and space to modify the class to their level.
Combining Yang style postures (strength, balance, heat building, Vinyasa) and passive Yin style postures (longer holds, deepening, more stillness), allows for warming of the muscles and deep opening in the connective tissue of hips, pelvis and spine. A good class choice for beginners, those with limited mobility or injury and those wanting to increase flexibility.

Yoga Nidra is, also known as yogic sleep, is a deep healing practice intended to induce total physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Yoga Nidra slows the wavelengths in your mind as you enter a sleep-like state. The experience often starts with sensing the body and mindfully breathing to trigger the relaxation response in your body.
Kundalini Yoga is an integrative style of yoga that uses meditation, breath-work, and Kriya. This combination of movement allows us to declutter the mind and find a stillness within, the movements offer a release of tension and stress through repetition
A typical Kundalini Yoga class consists of a Kriya (a combination of postures, breath work and meditation) followed by deep relaxation and a closing meditation.
Every class is different and offers a unique focus. Some classes will be physical, while others slow and meditative. It is encouraged for you to try at least 5 classes to experience the beauty of this practice. There are many types of people that practice with us, this practice can be modified for all with brand new students encouraged. We are accustomed to accommodating all levels in our classes and we extend a very warm welcome to you.
